The charges for selling burial plots in municipal cemeteries (Greek Orthodox and Catholic) from the 12/09/2018 are:
- The amount of € 650 for people staying in the municipality over the past ten years or more.
- The amount of € 1500 for people who have been staying in the municipality for less than ten years.
- The amount of € 5000 for people staying in the municipality under 2 years.
- The amount of € 1500 for emigrants.
- The pre-sale of burial plots will not be permitted because of technical difficulties.
For issuing Pegeia’s permanent resident Statement, the only acceptable document is the registration in Pegeia’s Municipality tax register.
No other document will be considered as evidence (e.g. Bank documents, Electricity Authority, Telecommunications Authority documents etc.)
